Iran's Energy Minister Abbas Aliabadi issued a strong statement on Saturday condemning the US airstrike on the Bounji desalination plant west of Jask.

Aliabadi called the attack a war crime and a clear violation of international law, after it cut off drinking water supplies to about 20 villages.
