Nollywood actor Muyiwa Ademola has paid an emotional tribute to the late singer, Taiwo Adegbodu.
Following his death, on Monday, his family held a Wake-keep and Songs of Service for him, which had in attendance his friends, lovers, and Nollywood actors.

Taking to his Instagram page to mourn him, Muyiwa Ademola described Taiwo as one of the biggest talents he ever known. Affirming his love for him, he stated that the news weakened him.
Woli Arole had paid a condolence visit to the family. He shared an emotional visit, revealing that he spent time praying and encouraging the family. Urging his fans to put them in prayers, he expressed how much he would miss the deceased.

Just recently, gospel singer and Nollywood soundtrack voice, Onos Brisibi, had passed away at 55. Her family confirmed the news of her death in a statement issued on Thursday, March 26. According to the statement, the late singer died on March 23, 2026, after a prolonged illness.
Actor Richard Mofe-Duncan, her cousin, took to Instagram to pay an emotional tribute to her. The actor said memories with her keep flooding in as he noted how, through it all, her laughter never left her. RMD said he will miss her deeply and affirmed his love for her.
In January, gospel singer and evangelist Bunmi Akinaanu, better known as Omije Ojumi, passed away. According to reports, the singer took ill around 2025, and all efforts to get her back on her feet were futile.
The death of Bunmi Akinaanu came after the death of popular singer, Aduke Gold, who was pronounced dead by medical experts.
