“We will end up at a police station” – Nkechi Blessing lashes out at colleagues who charge N3 million for a movie and yet fail to promote

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has called out some of her colleagues who charge exorbitantly for a movie yet fail to promote it.

In an Instagram rant, she said she would have a problem with any actor who tried such a thing with her, questioning whether she picks her money from a tree. She noted that some of them will act as if they did free work for the person.

NBS vowed to end up at a police station with anyone who messes with her, and she admonished such people to stay away from her.

“I am not saying you should not charge 3 million naira to be in my movie, oh yes, charge your worth. But you see, where you and I go get a problem? Na when film come out you act like say na free you come work! To even post movie for your page so your fans can watch, na war. Me and you go reach police station. So better avoid my money now to avoid stories that touch!

Last week, Nkechi announced that she will be part of the cast of Mo Abudu’s upcoming project, The Secret Life of Baba Segi’s Wives. NBS said she couldn’t believe her luck when she was contacted about the job. She said it felt like a dream until she met Mo Abudu.

Still on it, NBS shared photos of herself picking up her script as she wrote to her late mother. She stated that being cast in the project is a big deal for her, and she couldn’t even hide her joy. The movie star told her fans to be ready to be sick of her as she was preparing and keeping her speech for the release date

Late last year, Nkechi had expressed interest in quitting producing movies. She claimed she had spent over N80 million producing movies, and she didn’t get 1 million back.

The light-skinned actress broke down in tears on social media over a lady’s ploys to tarnish her brand. Nkechi noted that she is human and blood runs through her veins. She stated that she doesn’t have any means of livelihood and wasn’t the type to sleep with men to earn a living.

In July, NBS, as she is fondly called, had shed tears of joy as she signed a life-changing deal. She credited her huge success to God, noting that delay wasn’t denial. NBS revealed that she was supposed to sign the deal in February, but the devil did his thing as usual.
