Pop Boys wins Rema’s $10,000 ‘Kelebu’ dance challenge

Dance group 聽Pop Boys聽 has been crowned the winners of Rema’s highly publicised #KelebuDanceChallenge, taking home a $10,000 prize and other exciting rewards.The challenge was
聽announced聽in July when Rema invited fans to create the best dance routine for his newly released track ‘
聽Kelebu聽’. which dropped on August 1.
The competition sparked a wave of creativity, with countless entries flooding social media under the hashtag #KelebuDanceChallenge.
On Thursday, Rema’s label Mavin Records announced Pop Boys as the winners via their
聽X page聽.
The group’s energetic and captivating performance stood out, earning them the most fan votes.
In addition to the cash prize, Pop Boys will also feature in the official music video for ‘Kelebu’ and have a video call with Rema.
Born Divine Ikubor, Rema signed with D’Prince’s Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records, in 2019.
His hit song ‘Calm Down’, featuring Selena Gomez,
聽won聽the first ‘Best Afrobeats’ category at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in 2023.
Spotify also
